Your job as an Account Manager
As an Account Manager at this growing company, you manage the collaborations with customers. You think along in a strategic way to add value to their business goals. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for customer relations and the formulation and design of various campaigns. You have a perfect command of the Dutch language, are energetic, have the necessary knowledge of business and always work result-oriented. As an Account Manager, you will have direct contact with our Linkers customers from various branches. You will be in charge of 20-30 Linkers from various industries, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. Together with the Linkers, you develop communication strategies based on relationship building and identify the appropriate target group to achieve the set goals. You know how to create opportunities for our Linkers by finding the golden combination of these two factors. You are the Linkers' buddy from the start, and you help them achieve the goals and growth ambitions they have set for themselves. You work hard to achieve success, and you discuss the results and campaign progress with your Linkers on a weekly basis.
Furthermore, as an account manager, you will be in charge of contract maintenance and extension. You understand how to detect upsell signals and strive to make the most of the collaboration. This position will help you advance professionally and personally. As an Account Manager, your network will expand significantly; you will learn to communicate with various types of organizations and to think strategically with them.
